1. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skysolutions1800@gmail.com.
- Please provide your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the fragile and handmade nature of handicrafts, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or minor natural variations.
- If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
