At SKY SOLUTIONS, we take immense pride in our artisanal handmade products. Because each item is custom crafted with care, our refund, replacement, and cancellation rules are structured as outlined below.

A. Applicable Policy TAT (Turnaround Time)

  • Policy Validity: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours (2 Days) of delivery.
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

B. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Request: You may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing us at skysolutions1800@gmail.com or reaching out via our official customer support channel with your Order ID.
  • Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and handed over to our logistics partner.

C. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for personal preference, change of mind, or minor natural variations.

Returns / Replacements are ONLY eligible if:

  1. The product arrives physically damaged during transit.
  2. The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  3. An incorrect item was delivered to you.

Mandatory Process for Damaged/Defective Claims:

  1. Email skysolutions1800@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, along with clear photos/videos showing the defect, physical damage, and the outer packaging. (An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster resolution).
  3. Upon verification and approval by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup or issue a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

D. Mode of Refund & Processing Time

  • Approved Refunds: Once your claim is inspected and approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
  • Refund Timeline: The amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank/payment gateway processing time.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
