A. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

All items sold on this Website are individually handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade products, minor variations in color, shade, texture, weight, dimensions, and design are natural characteristics of the craft. These minor variations do not constitute product defects.

B. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made via our integrated, secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase details.

C. Intellectual Property Clause

All content on this Website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, graphics, product photography, artwork, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of SKY SOLUTIONS and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial reuse of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

D. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SKY SOLUTIONS, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our website or products.
  • Minor variations in handcrafted items.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total monetary liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

E. Termination Clause

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Website or reject orders at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

F. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

G. International Orders & Trade Terms (FOB / CIF)

SKY SOLUTIONS accepts cross-border orders. All international sales are governed by Incoterms® 2020, and the applicable term and named port/place are stated on the proforma invoice / order confirmation before payment and on the commercial export invoice.

  • FOB (Free On Board): SKY SOLUTIONS bears the cost of the goods, export packing, export customs clearance and loading on board at the named Indian port of shipment. Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are on board. Freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and taxes at destination are borne by the buyer.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): SKY SOLUTIONS additionally pays freight up to the named port of destination and arranges cargo insurance for at least 110% of the invoice value. Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board at the Indian port of shipment; in-transit loss or damage is claimed under the insurance policy issued or assigned in the buyer’s favour. Import clearance, duties, taxes and onward delivery are borne by the buyer.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international orders placed on the Website are shipped on a CIF basis; FOB is available on request for bulk and B2B orders.
  • Prices for international orders are quoted in INR, exclusive of destination-country customs duties, import taxes and VAT. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

H. Website Security & Payment Data

The Website is served exclusively over HTTPS using an SSL/TLS certificate. All online payments are processed by our RBI-authorised payment aggregator on its PCI-DSS compliant hosted checkout; SKY SOLUTIONS does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on its servers.
